I am Jennifer Neil and Gen Health is the fulfillment of my dream to create a comprehensive wellness practice with a focus on optimal health through a science-informed approach to a body, mind, and spirit connection. Gen Health is a community of top wellness professionals and like-minded people of all ages and abilities journeying to life-changing transformations and whole health within an inclusive and supportive space. I am here to facilitate your goals for health, happiness, and longevity with proven processes for Nutrition, Training and Movement, and complementary services like massage therapy and Graston Technique®. Your unique Gen Health experience includes insightful health assessments like blood composition and InBody body composition analyses, fitness, strength, and flexibility evaluations, and purposeful goal setting exercises as, together, we design a road map to get you where you want to be.
